Hanover opens cooling stations for residents

HANOVER TOWNSHIP — Please be advised that with the high temperatures expected over the weekend, the Hanover Township Community Center, located at 15 North Jefferson Road, will be used as a cooling center for residents.

The hours of operation will be Saturday, July 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, July 21 9:00 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Should residents lose power please contact JCP&L directly and report the outage.

If there is a medical emergency due to the power outage please call 9-1-1.
