Morris Plains Woman Arrested for Possessing Fictitious Documents

HANOVER — Hanover Township Police Officer Ed Zakrzewski arrested Ms. Jenna Visoskas, a 19-year-old from Morris Plains for possessing fictitious documents, on September 20.

Ms. Visoskas was originally stopped for a motor vehicle violation when Officer Zakrzewski observed two drivers licenses in her wallet.

A closer examination resulted in discovering Ms. Visoskas had a fake Driver’s license purporting that she was older than she really was.

She was arrested and charged with possession of a fraudulent government document. She was also issued motor vehicle summonses for cell phone use and not having a valid insurance card. She was released pending her court date.

Editor’s Note: An arrest or the signing of a criminal complaint is merely an accusation.  Despite this accusation, the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until he or she has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
