HANOVER TOWNSHIP — Hanover Township Police Officer Eric Prach arrested Mr. Matthew Nicoll, 18, Morris Plains, Mr. Zachary Szesko, 18, Whippany, and Mr. Ryan Korver, 18, also from Morris Plains for possession of CDS, on Sunday, December 13.
Officer Prach responded to a residence on Forest Way for a noise complaint. During the investigation into this complaint, Officer Prach located CDS, drug paraphernalia, and weapons inside the residence.
All three above males were arrested and charged with possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Szesko was additionally charged with prohibited weapons.
All three were released pending their court dates.
