Dover Resident Arrested for DWI Following Traffic Stop

MOUNTAIN LAKES — On February 1, at approximately 7:50 p.m., Mountain Lakes Patrolman Bryan conducted a motor vehicle stop on Tower Hill Road that led to the arrest of Joshua Ramos, 36, of Dover, for driving while intoxicated.

Mr. Ramos was also charged with obstruction along with being issued motor vehicle summonses for operating under the influence, maintenance of lamps, failure to provide proper documentation, refusing to submit to a breath test, reckless driving, careless driving, and having an open container in the vehicle.

Mr. Ramos was released pending a court hearing.
