FLORHAM PARK –The Florham Park Police Department will host the National Night Out community outreach event on Tuesday, August 6, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Volunteers Memorial Park, located at 37 Elm Street.

Dedicated to fostering positive relationships between law enforcement and the community, this event provides the Florham Park Police Department and other agencies a chance to engage with residents in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

On the first Tuesday in August, millions of neighbors in thousands of communities across all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military bases worldwide celebrate National Night Out.

This year marks the 41st anniversary of the event. Attendees can look forward to a touch-a-truck, DJ, giveaways, a photo booth, and various food and drinks, including pizza, burgers, hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, ice cream, soda, and water.
