MADISON — New Jersey is becoming an increasingly popular hub for movie and television production, and Madison is looking to establish itself as a go-to filming location.
This week, the film “Grown Ups 3” is being filmed at the Madison Hotel.
The Borough of Madison is encouraging other movie producers to consider Madison for future productions.
“Whether you’re producing a feature film, television series, commercial, documentary, music video, student project, or photography shoot, Madison offers a diverse range of filming locations just 25 miles from New York City,” borough officials said in a statement. “As a Film Ready New Jersey Certified community, Madison is committed to providing a streamlined permitting process, responsive municipal coordination, and a dedicated Film Liaison to support productions of all sizes.”
