EAST HANOVER — The Office Tavern Grill, serving modern twists of American classic comfort foods, is excited to announce its newest location, coming to the Hanover Commons in East Hanover this fall. The Office Tavern Grill will be occupying the former Applebee’s location at 240 Route 10 West.

The East Hanover restaurant adds to The Office Tavern Grill’s statewide footprint, joining its locations in Morristown, Summit and Ridgewood in providing the best gastropub-style food this side of the Hudson.

The new location will offer 40 rotating beer taps and an extensive craft beer selection, as well as outdoor seating with a fire pit and expansive space inside the restaurant for approximately 160 guests.

There will also be a private dining space for special events and, in addition to the chef-driven menu full of traditional Office favorites like burgers, wings, flatbreads and more that guests have come to know and love, the new location will also feature East Hanover exclusive menu items.

In addition, The Office Tavern Grill of East Hanover will bring roughly 100 jobs to the local economy, as 40NORTH Restaurants plans hiring events to source its new staff.

The Office Tavern Grill’s culinary team prepares the best gastropub-style food this side of the Hudson. Using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients whenever possible, The Office Tavern Grill provides guests with a variety of selections from its chef-driven menu, including signature items like Sweet Potato Nachos, Funghi Flatbread, Chicken and Waffles and more – plus traditional Office favorites like burgers, wings, flatbreads and more, paired with the best micro brews, regional favorites and international staples hand-selected by its own Cicerone.
