I further acknowledge and consent to Zoomus using the submitted content on its website, social media sites, and promotional materials. I also warrant and represent that any and all information submitted to Zoomus Marketing, LLC, its members and agents, against any claims or judgements resulting from non-original, copyrighted, patented or trademarked content, including actual attorneys’ fees and any related court costs.
