HANOVER — A Zumba Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, April 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at American Legion, 13 Legion Place, Whippany. Doors open 8:30 a.m.
The admission to this event is a gift card. The gift card can be in any denomination, $5, $10 or whatever you wish to donate.
The Valerie Center has a “Treasure Chest” of Toys for the Valerie Patients and their Siblings to go and take a toy after treatment. Some of the patients are teens who are more interested in Starbucks than a toy.
The gift cards will be donated to the Valerie Center, Morristown, and be given to children with Cancer or Blood Disorders. The children will receive the gift card after they receive the treatment.
Examples of gift cards can be Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Quick Chek, ShopRite, Gas Cards, Chipotle, Applebees, Target, Walmart, Itunes, Visa or American Express.
