Woman’s Club of Boonton Supporting Operation Yellow Ribbon

BOONTON — The New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Clubs, (NJSFWC) which the Woman’s Club is a member of is collecting stockings from all clubs in New Jersey to support Operation Yellow Ribbon, a nonprofit organization that sends care packages to servicemen and women serving overseas.

Last year club members across the state filled and donated over 1,700 stockings, and this year should be no exception.

Today women’s clubs meet for community service, developing friendships, and to have fun. Even during these difficult times, the club has continued to meet, socialize and make donations to support the community.

For more information, email the club at or visit their Facebook page by clicking here.
