HANOVER — On June 18, 2023, Officer Megan Pritchard arrested Ms. Arianna Asberry, a 24-year-old resident from Flint, Michigan. During an investigation of reported theft incidents at multiple CVS locations in the area, the arrest was on charges of hindering.

During the investigation, Officer Pritchard encountered Ms. Asberry, who matched the description of the suspects involved in the thefts. However, while detained, Ms. Asberry provided false information to Officer Pritchard. As a result, she was arrested and charged with hindering in connection to the ongoing case.

Additionally, Ms. Asberry received motor vehicle summonses for driving with a suspended license, possessing cannabis in her vehicle, and having an open container. She was subsequently released, pending her scheduled court appearance to address the charges brought against her.

Editors Note: A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. Despite this accusation, the juveniles are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
