Mayor Dodd’s Annual Fishing Derby is Back!

DOVER — Join Dover Mayor Dodd for a morning of fishing fun! Grab your fishing pole and head to Hurd Park on Saturday, May 4th. The event is open to all Dover children in grades K – 12. Registration starts at 7:00 a.m., and fishing kicks off at 8:00 a.m. and continues until 12:00 noon. In case of rain, the event will be held on Sunday, May 5th.

There will be plenty of trout to catch, with prizes awarded for the biggest catch and the most caught. And don’t worry about going hungry – food, snacks, and ice cream will be available for everyone to enjoy.
