JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP — Councilman Dan Schultz has submitted his resignation from the Jefferson Township Council, it was announced.
Schultz, a Republican, was serving a term set to expire December 31, 2028.
It will be up to the remaining members of the Jefferson Township Council to appoint a replacement to fill the unexpired term. Three candidates will be chosen and submitted to the Township Council from the Jefferson Republican Club.
