MORRIS PLAINS — The Morris Plains Green Team encourages residents to refrain from using gas-powered leaf blowers during the summer months. Voluntary participation by residents and lawn services will help reduce noise and air pollution in the Borough and improve quality of life. You can substitute brooms, rakes, or electric blowers for yard clean-ups, and grass clippings can remain on the lawn to add nutrients to the soil.
