A separate resolution would authorize a surveying and engineering agreement with Stewart Surveying & Engineering, LLC, of Kenvil, for design work on the lower section of Berkshire Valley Road, at a cost not to exceed $21,000.
The council is also scheduled to re-approve seven state grants for the township’s 2026 budget, including funding for clean communities, recycling tonnage, bulletproof vests, teen mental health programs and a Labor Day drunk-driving enforcement crackdown.
