HANOVER TOWNSHIP — David Tomlin has joined Newmark Associates as a commercial real estate agent, specializing in industrial and flex properties. His experience spans market research, property analysis, prospecting, and property marketing, working directly with property owners, investors, tenants, and business owners throughout New Jersey.
Tomlin began his career in Virginia, where he built a strong foundation in the industry through hands-on work in the market. Using platforms such as CoStar and LoopNet, he researched properties, evaluated market opportunities, and developed a broad understanding of commercial real estate.
Beyond brokerage, Tomlin has worked alongside commercial investors and gained experience in property management, giving him perspective on both the brokerage and ownership sides of the business. That background provides a practical understanding of what goes into acquiring, owning, and operating commercial properties, insight he brings to every client relationship.
Today, Tomlin focuses on the New Jersey market, helping clients identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet their commercial real estate needs.
