HANOVER — On Sunday, March 31, Hanover Township Police Officer Brandon Law apprehended Mr. Suliemaan Everett, a 30-year-old resident of Morristown, for driving while intoxicated (DWI).

Officer Law was called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident, whereupon interviewing the driver, it became evident that he was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Mr. Everett was subsequently arrested and issued motor vehicle summonses for DWI, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, reckless and careless driving, operating a vehicle with a noisy muffler, possessing an open container, having an obstructed windshield, and driving on a marked course.

He was released pending his court appearance.

A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. Despite this accusation, this Defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
