DOVER — Dover Focus has received information regarding the arrest of a Dover Police Officer by the Morris County Prosecutors Office on Tuesday, November 26.
Morris County Prosecutors Office confirmed the arrest of Anthony Kelly, 36, Ledgewood.
He was charged with one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child – Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); and one count third-degree of possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
We contacted Dover Police Chief Jonathan Delaney and all calls went to voice mail.
In addition, we issued an official OPRA request waiting for the information.
Kelly is also the Vice President of the Dover PBA Local 107.
