HANOVER — Hanover Township’s Mayor’s Wellness Campaign will host a Mental Health & Wellness Symposium on Wednesday, May 21, at 7:00 p.m. at the Hanover Township Municipal Building at 1000 Route 10, Whippany.
The event will focus on understanding the challenges middle school-aged children and their families face, emphasizing mental health and student wellness.
Featured speakers will include:
- Tracy Cappiccille, Director of the NJ Statewide Student Support Services (NJ4S) for Morris and Sussex Counties
- Justin Toomey, Superintendent of Hanover Township Public Schools
- Mayor Thomas “Ace” Gallagher
- Additional speakers to be announced
This symposium is part of Hanover Township’s ongoing efforts to promote community well-being and foster open discussions around mental health.
The event is supported by the Hanover Township Police Department, Hanover Township School District, Morris County Sheriff’s Office, and the Mayor’s Wellness Campaign.
