MORRIS COUNTY. — A 40-year-old Denville resident was arrested on Tuesday, February 18, after police conducted a motor vehicle stop at The Shoppes at Union Hill.

According to the Denville Police Department, at approximately 2:42 p.m., officers observed a vehicle being operated in a manner consistent with careless driving and initiated a stop.

During the investigation, police discovered that the driver, Vidyasaga Kadiyam, had an active $1,000 ATS warrant issued by Denville Municipal Court. He was taken into custody and transported to police headquarters for processing.

Kadiyam was charged with the outstanding warrant and issued a summons for careless driving (39:4-97). He was later released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance in Denville Municipal Court.
