MORRIS COUNTY — Bruno Boogie, a sweet and playful Boston Terrier puppy, is looking for a loving family through WISE Animal Rescue.
Born on June 27, Bruno Boogie is a 3-month-old male who loves attention. He gets along with children, other dogs and cats, which makes him a good fit for many kinds of households.
He is working on potty training and learning to follow a consistent routine. With patience, consistency and plenty of positive reinforcement, WISE volunteers say he will keep building confidence and grow into a wonderful little companion.
Bruno Boogie will do best with a family that can give him lots of attention, playtime and cuddles, along with chances to explore his new surroundings. With continued guidance and training, he is expected to become a loving and loyal member of the family.
Bruno Boogie came to WISE through the rescue’s partnerships with groups that help dogs from large-scale breeding programs. Those programs sometimes have dogs and puppies they cannot place because of medical needs, birth defects, differences in appearance or simply a lack of demand. WISE works to give these dogs a second chance instead of an uncertain future. The rescue cares for dogs of all kinds, whether healthy, medically fragile, senior or with special needs.
WISE is run entirely by volunteers, and every donation goes directly to the animals in its care. The rescue works with veterinary practices that support its mission to help restore animals to health. Some animals need only standard care, while others need more extensive veterinary or behavioral care.
WISE asks adopters to support its program with a minimum donation of $850. The donation may or may not go toward the care of the specific dog being adopted. Instead, it supports all of the dogs in the rescue.
