HANOVER — Hanover Township Sargent Rob Carpenter arrested Mr. Marc Gagliardo, 37, Cedar Knolls, for possession of CDS, on Friday, December 11.
Mr. Gagliardo was causing a disturbance at the 7-11 on Ridgedale Avenue which Sgt. Carpenter responded to investigate.
After a brief investigation, Mr. Gagliardo was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of CDS and failure to turn over CDS to law enforcement.
He was also issued a motor vehicle summonses for CDS in a motor vehicle. He was released pending his court date.
