HANOVER TOWNSHIP — Patrol Officer Carlos Najera arrested Donald Rolandelli, 36, formerly of Whippany, on Friday, June 12, on an active National Crime Information Center no-bail warrant issued by the Morris County Superior Court.

According to police, Patrol Officer Najera was on patrol when he observed Rolandelli at Black Brook Park and stopped to check on his well-being. Rolandelli was uncooperative, and a records check revealed he was wanted by the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.

Rolandelli was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for processing. He was then lodged in the Morris County Jail pending a court date.

Editor’s Note: The charges outlined in this publication are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
