FLORHAM PARK — Elizabeth Binetti has joined Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP as an Associate in the firm’s Estate and Trust Litigation and Estate, Gift and Charitable Planning Practice Groups, as the firm continues to grow in both practice areas and people.
Binetti will focus on matters involving estate and trust litigation, estate and trust administration, and estate, gift and charitable planning.
Prior to joining Schenck Price, Binetti served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Darren T. DiBiasi, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, in the Bergen County Superior Court, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, during the most recent court term. During her clerkship, she gained experience handling a broad range of matters, including guardianships, estate and trust administration, foreclosures and emergent applications.
Binetti is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. She earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware.
