Arrest at Red Carpet Inn for Drug Paraphernalia

HANOVER TOWNSHIP — Hanover Township Police Officer Michael Puskas arrested Mr. Ramon Vazquez, 36, Dover, for Possession of Drug paraphernalia, on Sunday, February 24.

Officer Puskas was at the Red Carpet Inn, 1245 Route 10 East, investigating a reported assault and was speaking with Mr. Vazquez.

During the investigation, Mr. Vazquez was arrested and transported to Hanover Township Police Headquarters for processing.

Vazquez was charged with Possession of drug paraphernalia and Possession of hypodermic needles. He was transported to the county jail pending his court date.

Editor’s Note: A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. Despite this accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until he or she is proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
