FLORHAM PARK — Cassandra Colombrito, 26, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 21. She has an eight month old son, Vincent, and a very large, loving family.

Born in Morristown, she has been a lifelong Florham Park resident. Witty, funny, smart, compassionate, patient, loyal, beautiful – those are just a few adjectives that can be used to describe precious Cassie. She was a social butterfly growing up. While attending Grade School and High School Cassie was an amazing dancer; she danced her way to many state competitions. She also played soccer for six years, with her Dad as her coach proudly cheering her on from the sidelines.

Everyone knew from a young age that Cassie had a huge heart and was born to be Mother. Her younger siblings were born when she was only eight years old and she immediately took on the role of caring for them as if she was their Mom.

Around age twelve, she volunteered as a Camp Counselor in Florham Park. When children started acting up, Cassie excelled at calming them down and making everything alright. After graduating from Hanover Park High School, she attended County College of Morris. After college, her heart led her to become a nurturing and accomplished, one-of-a-kind Nanny.

It is truly amazing the impact that she has made on so many lives, both young and old, in her short time on this world. Within the past year, she gave birth to a handsome baby boy, Vincent. He was her whole world; everyone couldn’t be more proud of the unconditional love and support she provided for him. To say that Cassie will be missed is an understatement. She has left a hole in everyone’s hearts that will remain until they meet her again in Heaven. They will always remember all the good memories, her selflessness, and true devotion she had to Vincent, her siblings, family, and friends.

She leaves only joyful memories to her cherished son, Vincent Thomas Lowry, and his father, Francis Lowry; her adored parents, Jill Sainato Pryer and Thomas Colombrito, Jr.; her caring grandfather, Thomas Colombrito, Sr. and the late Colleen Colombrito; her treasured siblings, Brittany Rose Pryer, Robert Oliver Pryer, Jr., and their father, Robert O. Pryer, Sr. and her brother, Thomas John Colombrito; her loving aunts and uncles, Gaye Sainato Fahey and her husband the late John Fahey, Michele Colombrito Bartley and her husband Michael, Brian Colombrito and his wife Kelly, Michael Colombrito and his wife Janet; and many cousins, extended family, and friends. Cassie was predeceased by her grandparents, Lynda and Gerard Sainato and aunts, Missy Sainato and Susan Mary Colombrito.

Funeral costs are extreme, and the family would never normally do this, but extra help is extremely appreciated. Not only for the funeral itself, but looking towards Vincent’s future as well.
