EAST HANOVER โ€” A 26,950-square-foot strip mall at 389 Route 10 has been purchased by real estate investor Roy Pascal, from Charm House. The deal was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty โ€“ which has managed the property since 2014 โ€“ under the direction of Vice President Eric Weston.

Tenants at the four-unit retail strip include the prescription eyewear retailer Luxottica and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The partially two-story structure is located just minutes from routes 80, 46, 287, and 280. In addition, the Garden State Parkway is less than 10 miles away.

โ€œBecause our company has managed this property for years, I know what an excellent opportunity it represents for the new owner,โ€ Weston explains. โ€œThe entire Route 10 corridor through East Hanover is a tremendously vibrant retail and entertainment location. For tenants, thereโ€™s never a shortage of potential shoppers.โ€
