HANOVER — An NJ MVC Mobile Unit will be at the Morris County Library on the following dates with appointments available for & . Appointments open up approximately one month before each date and fill up quickly.
They will be at the Library on the following dates:

- Tuesday, September 26
- Thursday, September 28
- Thursday, October 19
- Monday, November 20
