Rockaway Woman Charged With DWI After Traffic Stop in Denville

MORRIS COUNTY — A 56-year-old Rockaway woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop in Denville, police said.

Denville police officers observed a moving violation on Route 53 at 11:34 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, and conducted a motor vehicle stop, according to police. The driver, identified as Bianca Kaye, showed signs of impairment and was suspected of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, police said.

Kaye was arrested and charged with:

  • Operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor or drugs
  • Careless driving
  • Reckless driving
  • Additional traffic infractions
