Disturbance at McDonald’s Leads to an Arrest

HANOVER — Hanover Township Officer Timothy Dalgauer arrested Mr. Jose Santos Lovos, a 49-year-old from Yonkers New York for being under the influence of CDS, on Tuesday, January 25.

Officer Dalgauer responded to the McDonald’s in the Morris County Mall for an altercation between two patrons.

Upon entering the store, Officers observed furniture was thrown all over and a male swearing and yelling at another male. After a brief investigation, Mr. Santos Lovos was arrested and charged with inhaling fumes to cause intoxication, possessing toxic chemicals to cause intoxication, four counts of harassment, criminal mischief, and being under the influence of CDS.

He was transported to the Morris County Correctional Facility pending his court date.
