Morris Plains Resident Arrest for DWI

HANOVER TOWNSHIP — Officer Timothy Dalgauer arrested Ms. Dana Lockburner, a 50-year-old from Morris Plains for DWI on Saturday, January 29.

Ms. Lockburner was originally stopped for a motor vehicle violation when Officer Dalgauer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage.

Ms. Lockburner performed field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested and transported to police HQ for processing.

She was issued motor vehicle summonses for an unsafe lane change, failure to stop, DWI, refusal, failure to exhibit driver’s license, failure to keep right, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to stop for an emergency vehicle, and reckless driving.

She was released pending her court date.

Editor’s Note: An arrest or the signing of a criminal complaint is merely an accusation.  Despite this accusation, the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until he or she has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
