Manhunt Initiated: FBI Offers Reward for Bank Robbery Suspect in Mountain Lakes

MOUNTAIN LAKES — A reward is now available for any information regarding the whereabouts of a man suspected of robbing a bank in Mountain Lakes.

PNC Bank is located at 425 Boulevard, Mountain Lakes

Tony Winst, 46, reportedly entered a PNC Bank at 425 Boulevard in Mountain Lakes on November 17, 2023. He allegedly threatened bank staff, claiming to be armed, and demanded cash before fleeing into a nearby wooded area.

The FBI offers a $5,000 reward for information leading to Winst’s apprehension. Described as 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, and bald, Winst bears tattoos on both hands.

The FBI noted that Winst previously had teardrop tattoos near each eye, which have since been removed.

Winst, known by the aliases Tony Miller and Tony Tailor, is linked to Elizabeth, Newark, New York City, Chicago, and Seattle. He is reported to utilize taxis for transportation predominantly.
