Roll call note
- Mark Wrobel appears on the roster for the first time as 1st Ward Council Member, confirming his seat alongside John Meehan. Patrick Laverty is now listed as Town Administrator (replacing Neil Henry, who held that role as of the August 17 agenda).

- South Boonton Hose & Engine Company No. 3 requested use of the Town Hall municipal parking lot on Saturday, October 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for an open house to showcase its newly acquired Pierce fire apparatus.
