DOVER — Mayor James P. Dodd and the Town Council invite the entire community to the Town of Dover’s annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Wednesday, November 11, at 6:00 p.m. in Hurd Park.
The ceremony will honor the men and women who have served the nation, with an evening of remembrance, patriotic tributes and special recognition of veterans from the Dover community.
“Veterans Day is a time to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication of those who answered the call to serve,” the town said in its invitation. “Their commitment to protecting our freedoms is something we must never take for granted.”
The town also thanked “all who have served, and those who continue to serve.”
All are welcome to attend.
